Over the years our operating experience has shown us that new procedures were needed, which would offer property owners a new and exciting alternative to the management, selling or marketing of their real estate.

In 1995 the owner’s of Signature NW Real Estate started a Management Company called Excelsior Property Management, which was involved in a diverse range of buildings in Seattle and Portland. We have also successfully managed numerous apartments and new construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. In 2002 Signature NW Real Estate was formed to handle the real estate needs of our clients. In 2005 Excelsior Property Management merged with a property management company from Seattle that specialized in the management of homeowners associations. Since the merger we have continued to be very active in the real estate sales, marketing, condominium conversions, new construction and management of apartment communities and individually owned real estate.

Because of our prior apartment, association/condominium and hotel experience we can provide a unique perspective that takes a new approach to the management of real estate. Our prior association experience will allow us to steer our clients clear of any pitfalls that could be associated with purchasing real estate in an association. Our background will provide our clients with the expertise needed that is unmatched anywhere in the industry today.

We know that by combining the right people with a new and unique management philosophy, we can dramatically impact the overall quality of service provided to our clients. Our programs are based on constant communication with our clients and customers, and empowerment of our employees to eliminate potential problems before they happen.
